Did you know that you can use webmail with your hosting package? This lets you log in to your mailbox from anywhere, anytime, using a browser, and read and send emails—without having to set up an email program. The webmail program we use is called Roundcube, and in this blog post you can read about how Roundcube works.

What is Roundcube Webmail?

Once you've ordered a hosting package from us and registered a domain name, you can create an email address. You can then log in to that address using Roundcube webmail. In Roundcube, you can read your incoming emails and send messages—all right in your browser.

Log in to Roundcube Webmail

In this section, I'll show you how to access Roundcube and how it works.

Step 1: Log in to our dashboard. Click here to log in. Then enter your information.‌                                              

Step 2: Click on the following in the left-hand menu: “Hosting” and then click next to the package you want to manage, on “Log In”.‌                                    

Step 3: You are now logged in to your hosting package. Click “Email Accounts“

Step 4: To log in to webmail, click “Check email“

Step 5: Click “Open my Inbox when I log in” and click “Open“. That way, you won't have to click the 'Open' button next time.

You are now logged in, as shown below. You will see a list of all the emails in your Inbox.

On the left, you'll see the Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam, Trash, and Archive.‌                                              

Step 6: You can also manage contacts in Roundcube. To add contacts, click “ on the left side:“Contact Persons“.                              

Step 7: To create a new address group, click the three dots and then click “Add a group“.                              

Step 8: To add a new contact, you have two options: you can create a new one by clicking “New” and the second option is to click on “Import“.

Step 9: You can also manage calendars in webmail; to do so, click “ on the left side:“Agenda“.

Step 10: You can add new activities by clicking “New“. Another option is to import the calendar using an .ics file.

Step 11: Now you can add the activity, fill in all the information, and click “Save“.

Step 12: If there are any settings you want to change, you can click “ on the left side“Settings“.                                              

Step 13: If you want to use webmail in Dark Mode or Light Mode, you can change the setting in the lower-left corner, as shown in the image below.

Step 14: Once you're done, you can click “ in the lower-left corner“Log Out“.

Tip: You can also log in to webmail directly by going to domainname.nl/webmail (replace domainname.nl with your own domain name). You’ll then see a login page. Enter the email address as your username and the password for that mailbox. You’ll then be taken directly to Roundcube webmail.
