Download the viewing software AnyDesk
To watch along on your computer, you need the watch along software AnyDesk. AnyDesk is 100% secure, and is available for both Windows and MacOS. It is important that you have this software ready on your computer before the viewing session.
Schedule your viewing session
You can then schedule a free viewing session at a time that suits you best. Click on the button below, choose your desired time in the calendar, and also indicate which mailbox and type of device is involved.
Please provide us with your AnyDesk ID
At your chosen time, we will call you and ask for the AnyDesk ID. You will see this number in the upper left corner after you open the AnyDesk software.
